Welcome to The Muppet Fan Hall of Fame!
The Muppet Fan Hall of Fame was founded by Tori Schmidt to celebrate all the Muppet fandom has to offer. Inspired by organizations like the Rock ‘N’ Roll Hall of Fame, those inducted into this special group are selected by their fellow Muppet fans based on their contributions to the Muppet online fandom over the years. The first class, which included the founders and/or current operators of such notable fan projects as ToughPigs, Muppet Wiki, and The Muppet Mindset, as well select Muppet professionals and celebrity fans, was initiated during a live ceremony over Google Meet in April 2022. Since then, three additional classes of inductees were added to the Hall of Fame during live ceremonies on YouTube in 2023, 2024, and 2025 respectively, with each successive class highlighting even more of the diversity and creativity within the Muppet fandom.
On this page, you will find a full list of members you have been inducted into The Muppet Fan Hall of Fame as well as the videos of their induction ceremonies. This site also includes archival information about The Muppetwt Awards, a fan-run online award show also created by Tori that was held annually from 2022 to 2024.
The Muppet Fan Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026 was announced on Friday, February 6th with an induction ceremony planned for this May. Congratulations to Zach Kenny, Kermitment (Mattew Gaydos and Sam Shultz), Andrew Leal, Kristi O, The Singularity Named Mel, Chris Stulz, Matt Wilkie, Bill Baretta, Peter Linz, Walter, John Denver, Whoopi Goldberg, and The Center For Puppetry Arts for becoming part of The Muppet Fan Hall of Fame!
